| Resumo | Summary Mobile learning (M-learning) appears as a promise technology with huge potential for distance learning [1-3]. The technology to achieve these goals is available today [4]. This work proposes the construction of an application with e-learning contents for mobile devices, such as, Portable Digital Displays (PDAs). This Application should interact with Learning Content Management Systems. These systems are Learning Management Systems that add characteristics of Content Management Systems [5].
